And today as I was going through my facebook account , I saw a post which is as viral as the post of Man Namblast on Thaipusam 2014. It is a post written in anger against Man Namblast and a few others who have insensitively insulted Thaipusam 2014, a festival celebrated to rejoice Lord Muruga.
| An Indian man by his fb name of MC Macha Crew Full has poured his rage over the post done Man Namblast, Jama Kraf, and Mohamad Hidayat,. |
Though I am a hindu, I couldn't agree with what Mc Macha has written here. What would the Malays think of us when we, ourselves are indulging in racism for the action of a few who had insulted Thaipusam? So yea, Macha you have done no good to the society by insulting them and you deserve to be ashamed of yourself.
We are Malaysians, which means we have fought equally with other races for the independence of this country and that, my friend doesn't make us immigrants. That makes us a rightful heir of this country, a rightful protector of everything in this country but you had portrait us as immigrantsin your post and that is a one of the main cause of all the insult what we have enduring in our own country lately ( BAM! I just answered your question) . Thus, to avoid this, we should claim ourself as a part of the independence of this country and that is the sole way for us achieving the true meaning of 1 Malaysia which would set us Malaysians apart from other countries. You should understand this well enough before spitting anything in a social network like facebook.
You have also insulted the Malays in general and their belief in Islam, yet in the end you tend to apologise to them as what you said 'not intended to all Malays'. How could you expect them not to feel insulted if you have cursed a particular race and their belief in general? So yea, you have acted the same way as Man Namblast and a few others who had insulted Thaipusam.
The Malaysian Hindu Sangam to their part have wrote a letter to Ketua Polis Negara regarding the displeasure of many Hindus over the remarks of Man Namblast and a few others insulting the Hindu religion.

Moreover, many had lodged complaints to the authorities in doing their part rightfully as a Malaysian and you on the other hand acted like an immigrant in your own country by spitting in facebook rather than doing something according to your rights as a Malaysian.
The conclusion is,, your identity as an Indian in this country will always be hidden if you fail to take your responsibility as a true Malaysian by fighting for your rights and many others for equality. So, act as a Malaysians and change whatever you can for a better Malaysia for our future children instead of sitting in one place and criticising it.
